Step 4 – Ship Your Return
Send the item back using a reliable shipping method. We recommend using a trackable service.


Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • If the item is defective or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time is typically within 7 business days

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Items that have been used or worn
  • Gift items

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges.
